We accept the return of goods we have shipped out only whether the item is incomplete, defective, or poorly defined and missing sections of the order are present. The item(s) must be returned followed by proof of acquisition within 10 days after the parcel arrived at the customer’s address according to the tracking system.
If your item is:
1. Faulty or defective,
2. Broken or damage
3. Missing parts
Then, we will be happy to offer to issue customers an amount of 100% order value after Nowwest looked through a few pieces of evidence mentioned below.
The refund policy will only apply to affected goods or items that have any difficulties with production. Once the merchandise has been successfully sold in usual conditions, we will not make any refunds or adjustments.
In order to successfully submit your refund request, please kindly provide us the following evidence in your email:
1. Pictures from different angels that clearly illustrate your received item condition.
2. The label of the parcel you received
3. Evidence that you purchased the item from Nowwest
please email us with the subject line "Damage or Defective item with your order number" to our support email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
We do not require Customers to return the parcel for an eligible refund request. Nevertheless, Nowwest could only refund 70% of the order value since an amount of 30% production cost would be subtracted.
If you don't get a refund somehow, check your bank balance again first. It can take some time for your refund to be issued publicly, so contact your credit card company.
Next, call your bank. There is still a processing period before a refund is released (3-5 business days).
